    The atmosphere was amazing! The staff exhibited warmth and friendliness. Dining at both restaurants was a highlight, each offering distinct menus and settings that enhanced our experience together.

    Amenities were lacking compared to expectations.

    The grilled fish at Valle de Bravo was mouthwatering, a real taste of local flair! Also loved the slope view from my room. That handy door right out to the front porch. Steve really knows the area and was super helpful !

    Had a few hiccups with communication-confused about my reservation when I arrived. Tried reaching out multiple times without luck. Plus, the breakfast situation was a bust. Thought I'd get a hearty meal before hitting the slopes.
